BABYNASTIX
for babies 3 months – 24
months
MONKEYNASTIX
MONKEYNASTIX focuses on children
aged 1 to 8 years, introducing them to
a variety of fun activities that enhance
coordination, balance, and motor skills.
SUPERNASTIX
children aged 7 to 12 years , promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development to develop strength, agility, and self-xpression
Additionally, this program provides children with inclusive fitness workouts that improve cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility.
